11To review the Parish Council’s affiliation to Cheshire Association of Local Council (ChALC) at a cost of £1631.80 for 2026-27.

13To review and consider the following external support services and subscriptions:

20To receive and consider an update on the Neighbourhood Plan review project (attached)  
21To consider making a response to the following planning applications:  
26/1055/OUT:
Outline Planning
Outline planning application (including details of access with all other matters reserved) for residential development of up to 195 dwellings with site access from Crewe Road, open space, landscaping, drainage, ecological enhancements and other associated works.  
26/1232/OUT:
Outline Planning
Outline planning application for the erection of up to 450 dwellings, comprising of a mix of market and affordable housing (use Class C3), green infrastructure, a one-form entry primary school (Use Class F1(a)) including nursery provision (Use Class E(f)), a 100 space car park to serve adjacent football club, walking and cycling routes, formal and informal open space including trim trails, outdoor play space, drainage, as well as site clearance and preparation works and associated works and infrastructure. All matters reserved except for access.
