| 21 | To consider making a response to the following planning applications: 26/1055/OUT: Outline Planning Outline planning application (including details of access with all other matters reserved) for residential development of up to 195 dwellings with site access from Crewe Road, open space, landscaping, drainage, ecological enhancements and other associated works. 26/1232/OUT: Outline Planning Outline planning application for the erection of up to 450 dwellings, comprising of a mix of market and affordable housing (use Class C3), green infrastructure, a one-form entry primary school (Use Class F1(a)) including nursery provision (Use Class E(f)), a 100 space car park to serve adjacent football club, walking and cycling routes, formal and informal open space including trim trails, outdoor play space, drainage, as well as site clearance and preparation works and associated works and infrastructure.
