Village Hall Hire
Shavington-cum-Gresty Village Hall is available for group bookings.
The hall is suitable for regular meetings and classes and also for children’s birthday parties.

- Tables and chairs ( consisting of 117 chairs, 22 large tables and 20 small tables)

Cost to Hire
The cost to hire the village hall is from £33 for a 4-hour session (prices from 1 April 2023)

6.00 pm – 10.00 pm £33

9.00 am – 1.00 pm £50
2.00 pm – 6.00 pm £50
7.00 pm – 11.00 pm £75

Offers Available
– Weekend session £35 for those who live in the Shavington-cum-Gresty Parish (weekend booking only. Excluding Saturday 7.00pm – 11.00pm.)
-16 weeks consecutive booking block at the cost of 12 weeks for regular users (weekday only).
Long Term Hire
The Village Hall welcomes long-term hire of the hall for clubs and organisations that meet regularly. There is also a money-saving offer of 16 weeks consecutive booking block at the cost of 12 weeks for regular users (weekday only).
