Notes for Members of the Public:
This meeting is being held at an earlier time than usual. This is owing to the fact that the Annual COUNCIL agenda for the meeting which follows this one, has significant business to transact. It is not possible to change the date of this meeting, owing to the current Government guidance which requires the Parish Council to revert to physical meetings after 7 May 2021.
The Parish Meeting can discuss all parish affairs and pass resolutions as appropriate. The Parish Council is obliged to consider such resolutions at its next meeting, but not necessarily to approve them [(S.9(1) LGA 1972]. Local residents who are registered electors will have the opportunity to raise specific matters of concern under Agenda item 4 but are invited to participate fully in the meeting.

| 2 | MINUTES OF PREVIOUS PARISH MEETING (8 MAY 2019) To receive/approve as a correct record, the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 8 May 2019. |
| 3 | ACCOUNTS – 2020-2021 The accounts have not yet been finalised but are expected to be submitted to the Parish Council on 9 June 2019; however registered electors are able to exercise their right to inspect the accounts between Thursday, 1 July 2021 and conclude on Wednesday, 11 August 2021. A notice to this effect will be published on the website and displayed in the notice-boards in due course. |
| 4 | MATTERS TO BE RAISED BY LOCAL RESIDENTS As noted above, registered electors are able to raise matters with the Parish Council and, if appropriate, these can be added to a future Parish Council agenda. |
