Annual Parish Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Shavington-cum-Gresty Parish Meeting will be held on Wednesday 21 May 2025 commencing at 7.00 p.m. at Shavington-cum-Gresty Village Hall, Main Rd, Shavington, CW2 5DP.
The annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions, make comments and raise issues of interest to the Parish.
Questions, comments and issues of interest to the Parish for the Annual Parish Meeting can be raised in two ways:
- By submitting a resolution to be discussed at the Parish Meeting. Written notice of the resolution must be submitted to the Clerk by noon on 16 May 2025. If the resolution is passed, the Parish Council is obliged to consider the matter at a subsequent meeting.
- By participating and speaking to the Parish Meeting.
